We collect the information needed to operate and bill your agent. We never use your provider key for anything but your agent.
What we collect
Google account email, name, profile image and account ID; Stripe customer ID and subscription status (card details stay with Stripe); your provider API key and Telegram bot token encrypted at rest; your chosen model; instance status and health logs; support messages; standard web server logs (IP, user agent and timestamps).
What we don’t collect
Telegram conversation content is processed inside your instance, not read or stored by the dashboard. No third-party analytics or ad trackers. No IP geolocation lookups; language uses your browser setting.
How we use it
To run and bill the service, show status, answer support and send service emails about billing, trial ending or deletion.
Who we share it with
Google handles sign-in; Stripe handles payments; Telegram processes bot messages; your chosen AI provider processes requests from your instance. Support messages are relayed to our team’s Telegram. We do not sell your data. Public pages load fonts and scripts from third-party asset hosts, which receive ordinary browser request information.

How long we keep it
Account data while your account exists; instance configuration and data for 30 days after cancellation or non-payment, then deleted. API keys and bot tokens are deleted with the instance. Stripe records are kept as required by law. Web logs: [owner: retention in days].
Cookies and local storage
Session cookies for sign-in, dc-plan as a routing hint, theme and language preferences in local storage. No advertising cookies.
Your rights
Request access, correction, export or deletion at support@deploycloud.ai. Deleting your account deletes its instance and secrets within 30 days.
Security
Encryption at rest for secrets, TLS in transit, access limited to operators. Report security issues to support@deploycloud.ai.
